Hello world

Hi everyone.

This blog is new so bear with me.

The sole aim of this blog is to offer tips, advice and solutions to those in need of it - all relating to broadband. Maybe you are suffering with slow speeds that your provider will just not investigate for you, or perhaps they are stating that the fault is on your end. Ask the question and you will get an answer.

The best place to ask is via Twitter. You can find me @Broadband_Bill. I endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours but, depending on my availability this may not always be possible - this service is free. I do work full time so I may well be busy at the time you ask a question. Be patient and I will get round to it.

I will also be creating some very quick, very simple and very short guides to show you how to get the most out of your broadband. I hate reading guides that are 100's of pages long. When I want help with something, I tend to want it fast. My goal is to create really useful guides in the shortest possible amount of words. There's no need for page upon page of 'this cool feature' and 'that cool feature'. All you want is straightforward, step by step guides on how to make your broadband work for you.
